Summer Candle Making

Matthias loves rolling beeswax candles since 3 years old. While reorganizing a homeschool cabinet we came across our beeswax sheets so this naturally became our immediate project for the rest of the day.

 

It is also the enjoyment of lighting the candle watching the flame

Practicing Padma (Lotus) Mudra

Matthias LOVES to practice the Mudras. Padma Mudra or Lotus Mudra encourages opening in the heart center.

Whenever Matthias needs his own time out he naturally brings his hands to Padma Mudra, takes several several deep breaths and chants OM.
